Jaxson is the definition of classy. Retired sound from racing with excellent connections, he was hand-selected as my next eventing prospect after I fell in love with his competitive heart and kind, willing personality while he was still on the track.

Since transitioning careers, Jaxson has been in a professional program and ridden regularly by adult amateurs, juniors, and trainers—always giving 100%. He’s traveled extensively and is the same steady, workmanlike partner off property as he is at home. Never a spook, buck, or bolt—he’s keen, kind, and occasionally quick simply from enthusiasm, not tension.

He’s currently schooling 2’3”–2’6” courses with correct, balanced flatwork and an honest jump—he’ll leave from anywhere. He’s completed two USEA Starter Horse Trials, finishing 7th and 8th with low-30s dressage scores and an exceptional attitude from start to finish.

Jaxson is a fairly easy-keeping Thoroughbred. No maintenance, four shoes all around, and easy for clipping, farrier, bathing, and hauling. He adores attention, nickers for his people, and loves other animals. Handled daily by juniors with no vices or behavioral issues.

He does have old cosmetic scars on his hind pasterns (scratches), which have never affected his soundness or performance.

This sweet, athletic gelding deserves his own person—he’d be perfect for an ambitious teen or adult amateur looking for a fun, quality partner to bring along. Will continue showing until sold.

Pony Proudly offered for sale: Blue Moon, a truly special pony who has been a cherished part of our program for the past five years and is now sadly outgrown. Blue is as lovely to look at as he is to ride — a striking gray paint with bright blue eyes and a kind, charming personality that wins everyone over. Blue is the perfect “first real pony” for a young rider who has developed their balance and is ready for the next step. He has experience through Beginner Novice eventing and has easily schooled well above that — confidently jumping courses up to 3', though he’s happiest teaching in the cross-rails to 2'7" range. In the dressage arena, Blue shines with correct, elastic gaits and a soft, responsive feel in the bridle. He consistently earns scores in the 70s and always presents like a little professional. His 2024 season highlights include winning the Area IX Starter Championship, and he has been AEC-qualified nearly every year he has competed.

Blue is an absolute pleasure to have around. He’s easy to handle, tidy in his stall, and a classic easy keeper. He lives comfortably in a stall, trailers beautifully, and stands quietly for the vet and farrier. He's had maintenance appropriate for a seasoned Colorado eventer and has four shoes with front pads. Blue does require a little patience with oral meds but is otherwise wonderfully straightforward. He’s great on trails, crosses bridges and water confidently, stands for clippers, and will happily tie to the trailer all day long.
