Working Student Positions

Working student opportunities are occasionally available for motivated riders seeking education and exposure within a high-level training program.

This is an opportunity for the dedicated, hardworking rider who is serious about developing their horsemanship both in and out of the saddle. Our program offers a chance to be part of a busy, competitive, and professionally run operation—something that is rare to find in this region.

Opportunities may include:

  • Lessons and coaching

  • Educational exposure to a competitive program

  • Limited riding opportunities (based on experience and fit)

  • Partial board or work/trade arrangements

  • Involvement in daily barn operations and horse care

We do not offer housing, and positions are limited and highly selective.

Internships: available for individuals looking to gain experience in a professional equestrian program.

Internship opportunities may be available for individuals looking to gain experience in a professional equestrian program.

Interns may have exposure to:

  • Daily barn operations

  • Horse care and management

  • Riding school support

  • Training program logistics

  • Show preparation and coaching support in a busy eventing program

  • Sales Program Management

  • General horsemanship and professional barn standards

We are happy to coordinate with colleges and universities to support internship credit when it aligns with a student’s academic program. We have previously worked with LCCC, CSU, and CU.

Internships are an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to expand their knowledge and gain meaningful hands-on experience within a busy training and lesson program.
