Rebecca is honored to be a board member of Mountain States Retired Racehorse Rehoming (MSRRR), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit based in Strasburg, CO, dedicated to giving off-track Thoroughbreds a second career.
MSRRR | Retired Racehorse Adoption
Over the past 20 years Rebecca has built a strong, trusted relationship with the Kemper family and MSRRR — purchasing, retraining, and riding dozens of Thoroughbreds from their program, and proudly watching them go on to thriving second lives.
As a thank-you to MSRRR adopters, Rebecca Caulfield Eventing offers a 15% discount on the first 30 days of training at Triple Creek Ranch for any horse adopted through MSRRR and enrolled in her program.

There is nothing better than a good thoroughbred work ethic, heart, brain and athletic ability. I love having them in my barn and my heart.
MSRRR has consistently been the best source for thoroughbreds in the West.
Why We Love OTTBs
…and why they’re at the heart of our partnership with MSRRR
There is something uniquely impressive about a horse who has already proven themselves on the track. Thoroughbreds come to us highly handled, well-educated, and incredibly professional — the kind of horse who already understands routine, travel, athletic expectations, and what it means to have a job.
They’re bred to be athletes, and that legacy shows up every day in training. They are forward-thinking, intelligent, disciplined, and unbelievably willing to take on a new challenge. The same qualities that make them successful in racing translate beautifully into second careers.
OTTBs are not just "off the track" —
They are experienced, capable horses ready to channel their work ethic into a new direction.
They’re game. They’re thoughtful. They’re honest.
And they deserve someone excited to show them what comes next.
That is exactly why Mountain States Retired Racehorse Rehoming exists:
To support these horses as they transition from one career to another, maintaining the excellent foundation they already have while helping them discover new strengths and new ways to shine.
At Rebecca Caulfield Eventing, we love taking that foundation and building on it — from first cavaletti to first cross-country school to confidently stepping into the show ring. Watching a Thoroughbred recognize a new purpose and excel in it is one of the greatest joys of this work.
We align with MSRRR because we believe in the potential of every OTTB.
We believe in the excellence they bring from the track.
And we believe that when you invest in these horses, they invest right back in you.
That’s why we offer a 15% discount on the first 30 days of training for any MSRRR-adopted horse enrolling in our program — to support the people who give these incredible athletes their next chapter.
